Navarathri Celebration and Free Classes

Sivananda Kendra as a part of Navarthri Celebration, is organising Five days free classes on Yoga, Pranayama and Dhyana. Training of Government of India, AYUSH Departments Yoga Teachers Professional Certification is also planned. Classes start from 26th September, 6.30am, at Vivekananda Institute hall, Palayam.
