SURYA SADHANA

It is a Harmonoius way of living with nature. It consists of Practicing of Gayathri Manthra, Adithya Hrudaya Manthra, Saranagadhi Manthra, Sun Gasing, Sun Meditation, Laughing Yoga, Clapping, Pranayama, Yoga etc. It can be practiced in the morning with in one hour of sun rise. It is a FREE training program of Sivananda Kendra members. It can bring you the Health and Happiness. It is a six hour training program.
