Kendra in association with Vivekananda Institute is organising five days free
classes and video presentation of Sri. Hera Rathan Manek on Suryayoga and
Meditation. Classes will be starting from 30th August, 6.30am at

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE VIVEKANANDA CENTENARY MEMORIAL INSTITUTE AND VIVEKANANDA CULTURAL INSTITUTE, BEHIND AKG CENTRE, TRIVANDRUM 695 034 IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH SIVANANDA KENDRA. SURYA YOGA OF MR MANEK SHOULD BE TAKEN AS A JOKE. HE SAYS INSTEAD OF EATING FOOD YOU WILL GET ALL THE ENERGY BY GAZING AT THE SUN. NASA USA says they know nothing about this man.
VCMI permits sivananda kendra who do not have a proper office of their own to conduct FREE MORNING YOGA classes in our hall. Please note that the course is totally Free.
Beyond this we have no association with sivananda yoga kendra. This organisation also is not connected with the famous Sivananda International Yoga vedanta centre, West Fort.
